✦ What is Reiki? ✦ Reiki is a Japanese energy healing technique that uses universal life force energy for relaxation, emotional and energetic balance, clearing, and relieving stress. It is done with gentle touch or hovering of the hands over the body, fully clothed on a massage table.
Additionally, I use other methods for clearing, balancing, grounding, and energetic protection, as well as suggestions for herbs that may support you, based on my years of study of Western herbalism and plant medicine.
✦ My Background ✦ For the past decade, I’ve been interested in, studying, and practicing nature-based practices, mysticism, and herbalism. I use herbs in many ways, sound, scent, and earth connection. My personal goals are around embodiment, calming the nervous system, clearing energy, authentic expression, presence, and connecting to nature. I am level 1 & 2 Reiki attuned as of 2019 and 2022. I am always seeking to expand my knowledge and practice.
Intuitive space holding and tuning into the energetic & emotional body are things that come very naturally to me, and I’m interested in deepening my awareness of this and using my innate skills to support others.
Much of what I’ve learned has been through self-practice and self-study, and through countless eclectic sources, workshops, and classes with subjects that include plant medicine, flower essences, energetic awareness and clearing, earth magic, womb health, immune health, nervous system regulation, embodiment and somatic awareness, essential oil blend formulation, herbal formulations, ethical harvesting, practitioner skills, working with unseen energies, and more.

Sessions are one hour long and held in a private room in a community wellness space on southeast 12th and Division in Portland.
